Hi there, just a quick update, we had a considerable loss within the family and we've been having trouble with the delivery driver as he doesn't like to drive from Bradford to Oxford every other week as he's getting on, he's trying to find help so that they can get us what we need when we need it, as we have had so many problems we have chose to temporarily close until we have a more sustainable delivery. I would like to that all of those who are still solely glued to us for loyalty and I can assure you as we are back open and running again we will look after those who have kept us in mind and not swayed to lesser quality raw products for your pet, we understand its a must have for you pet as it is with is and our pets aswel, in the mean time I'd try and find a supplier of your 80/10/10 products and make sure you are getting what it says on the label. As we are in a back street off road location, we rely alot on customer feedbacks and reviews. Word of mouth, sharing our page etc so for the time we have been running in the shadows we have done really well, we will be back and we will still beat everybody else in quality and price. There are discounts and deals to those that re supply regularly, our price is low and the deal we have you won't beat anywhere else and that's a fact. £1.50 for a 500g roll of meat or 20 rolls for £25 as a deal is the best around. The cost went down due to more custom so more of a discount. Less custom would mean less discount available to those. Thank you for all your queries and worries. But we will be back soon! If people could give us an inbox of who is patiently waiting for us we will make sure to keep you down in black and white and make sure you are well looked after. It's the small business that are struggling with everything at the moment so we really appreciate your loyalty.
