Remi found my forever home Remi is a pedigree Springer Spaniel who was surrendered by her owner in Cyprus as they no longer had time for her, so she was rescued by Apollos Angels.

Merry Christmas from our crazy family to yours 🎄

This year I got the best presents ever … a forever family who love me to bits 🥰 and a huge antler to chew on 🦴

Today we’ve been out for a very long walk in our ridiculous jumpers. Needless to say Rodney spent all day rolling in the mud so for Christmas he got a warm bubbly bath on the return home 🚿

Today I have learnt that there are two more things I don’t like …. kissing gates and electric fences ⚡️ Oh and I don’t like the rain or children either. I’m quite a sensitive lady at heart

So, I’ve been in my forever home for nearly a month so I thought it was time to check in and say hello.

Here I am saying hi to one of the cats. My long legs make it very easy to reach the worktops to say hello, but I have also been known to pinch some gingerbread from the table when dad turned his back 🙈 mmmmmm….

I am a very gentle and calm dog, which is more than I can say for the other two spanners in the house. But rumour has it that Rodney is due to have a little operation in a few weeks time to stop him chasing all the ladies 😜 😜

My favourite things are:
Cuddles
More cuddles, and
Even more cuddles

Dislikes include the following:
The ironing board
The vacuum cleaner
Parcels in the porch
The lawn mower
Bottles of milk on the garden wall
And anything else out of the ordinary.

Toilet training is going well, but I still have the odd ‘spaniel sprinkle’ on the carpet. Usually it’s because is having a bark-a-thon at a visitor to the house and this makes me think there is something to be worried about. But things are improving every day.

I also have some exciting news about my name … mum and dad have decided to call me Emmy, which I rather like.

I’ve been out on a trip to the woods today !

I’m quite a timid girl at times so I’ve been going on the same walk every day since I found my forever home to give me time to build my confidence.

But today I put my big girl brave pants on and went on a new walk to the woods with and her side-kick Rodney. And guess what …. I loved it. Rodney shamed himself on a humpathon but I hear there are plans for this ✂️.

So, I arrived in my forever home at 02.30am on Sunday. I’m quite a timid girl and still finding my feet but I love a good cuddle with dad on the sofa.

I met the pond on Monday and it didn’t end well as I went for an early dip and came out covered in green slime so I had to have a good rub with a towel to get warm and dry.

I’ve enjoyed meeting and her side-kick Rodney and we even had a play on the lawn today. Toiletting is work in progress but I had a lovely walk with mum, dad and the other springers this morning. I think I’m going to love it here. Mum and dad say I’m super … whatever that means. Hopefully Maddy will help me learn English and translate for me when I get stuck. Love and cuddles Remi xx

So, I’ve been told I need to pack my bags and prepare for a long trip ✈️ overseas. I’m heading to Shropshire at the end of the month to live in my forever home with fellow springers and her partner in crime Rodney. I hear they get up to all sorts of mischief 😉, so goodness only knows what it will be like with 3 of us 🐶 🐶 🐶 I’m sure I will settle in very quickly with the mayhem and madness this pair get up to and Maddy has promised to help me learn English. I think I’m quite excited.

She will be coming into our care for rehoming
Remi is 3 years old , a very pretty female.
