… this was an exercise left out from an earlier appointment - a few steps on from what Prim has been learning, but she just did it!! 🤦‍♀️🥰… love that CanineKinetics techniques build so much confidence and understanding in pups 💕

Super work from Luna!! … working on an ‘advanced hind limb pivot’ exercise … Luna competes in agility, and this exercise engages her core muscle groups and the abductor and adductor muscles groups in her hind legs, which will help support her when she is speeding round an agility course … dogs don’t always engage these muscle groups in every day life, but the jumping and twists and turns on an agility course put them under a lot of extra strain, so it’s important we help to strengthen them safely … great work Luna 🥰🐾
… it’s important that dogs who compete in dog sports have an appropriate fitness and conditioning program in place… it is proven to improve performance and reduce the risk of injury … why wouldn’t you do it?!

Prim loved her first puppy class with Michelle and Denise Freddie and Friends Dog Training … such a lovely learning experience for pups … knowledgeable and compassionate coaching in a relaxed, non pressured environment 🥰🐾

Prim joined in the big dogs gun dog lesson with Purella K9 Training 🥰🐾 (we’re not teaching her to pick up dummies just yet as she is still a baby, but she choose to do this herself 🥰🐾)
