As a small business, I always do my best to be reliable, flexible, and provide the highest standard of care for your pets.

To help keep my diary running smoothly, please note that I operate a 48-hour cancellation policy. Any services cancelled with less than 48 hours' notice will be charged in full.

Unfortunately, last-minute cancellations often leave me unable to fill those spaces, particularly lunchtime slots, which are in very high demand. When a space goes unused at short notice, it has a significant impact on a small business like mine.
Of course, I understand that genuine emergencies happen, and I will always use my discretion where a pet is unwell, injured, or there are exceptional circumstances.

This afternoon, as a birthday treat for Myrtle to spend time with Loki, we took them to the Mayday swimming pool 🥰
Thank you so much to Mayday Doggy Daycare for letting me book this special afternoon — it honestly made my day.
I didn’t even intend to get in because I hadn’t brought my swimming costume, but in the end I decided to just have fun with the dogs… and I’m so glad I did ❤️
