Meet this handsome Rottweiler Reggie! ❤️
When he first came to us, his family had been told by other veterinary practices that euthanasia was the only option. Understandably, they were devastated, but they never gave up on him and continued searching for another way forward.
After careful assessment and discussions with his dedicated owners, we made the decision to proceed with a limb amputation. While it was a major surgery and a difficult journey, everyone involved was committed to giving him the opportunity to enjoy life again.
Today, he is thriving as a happy three-legged dog! 🐕 He runs, plays, enjoys family life, and even loves going swimming. Watching him adapt and embrace life with such enthusiasm reminds us that animals can be incredibly resilient.
This is a wonderful example of how every case should be assessed individually and how perseverance, dedication, and a willingness to explore all options can sometimes lead to amazing outcomes.
