“What wonderful, professional, efficient but personal and caring service I received on requesting these lovely people to take care of my beautiful, old black labrador, Diesel, following his passing only 48 hours ago on Tuesday evening.
After they explained my choices for cremation and costs, they arranged collection from the vets the following day, informing me when he was in their care, also telling me when he would be cremated and when his ashes would be ready for me to pick up.
I collected Diesel's ashes this afternoon, (Thursday) in a beautiful scatter tube of my choice, along with three of his pawprints and a tiny bottle of fur, which is all included in the cremation costs, if the client wishes, at no extra charge.
The empathy I was shown was genuine. Their fast, efficient service, so I have my dog back home with me already has really helped during a stressful and sad time.
I simply can't recommend New Forest Pet Crematorium enough. Thank you from the bottom of my heart, which is feeling broken at present, but I feel so much better knowing my boy got the best possible care from you.💙🐾🕊”
