I will stay open, however, guidelines stipulate its WELFARE GROOMS ONLY, so if you think your dogs welfare is being compromised due to not receiving grooming services, this could be:-
🐶 Dogs who have skin issues and grooming is required to maintain skin condition, or is on medicated shampoo prescribed by a Vet.
🐶 Dogs who coat is matted or matts badly and needs to be cut short.
🐶 Dogs whose nails are causing disruption to the anatomy of the foot. For this to take place dogs must have a bath also as per COVID guidelines for dog grooming. No haircut involved.
So for now we will be running a limited essential services only, these will be appointment base and following the COVID guidelines for drop off and pickup.
I understand how frustrating this is, I’m absolutely gutted to have to do this again. But my hands are tied, if I don’t stick to the law set out by the government and from the governing body Pet Industry Federation then my insurance isn’t valid.
I will start contacting everyone to confirm or cancel appointment. If I cancel you will be on a priority appointment list in the order of cancellation ready to rebook as soon as restrictions are eased. New bookings will be accommodated as soon as possible thereafter.
