Lastly I'd like to end this year thinking of not just the fury friends we've lost this year but amazing owners, Julie, Jane and Vicky. All absolutely wonderful ladies who will be sadly missed 🩷🩷🩷

Good afternoon everyone 🌞

I may need to cancel some appointments over the next coming week as temperatures are set to rise even more into next week.

I do have an air conditioning unit to keep your dogs cool whilst visiting but if I still feel it's best to cancel I will let you know and rearrange your appointment.

Please do not walk your dogs to their appointment even if only 5 minutes walk, it's not worth the risk.

Unfortunately I've been with left with no choice but to do this.

Recently I've had an awful lot of customers turning up late or not at all.
IT IS NOT OK 😕

My business pays my bills, imagine leaving your kids at home during the holidays to go to work and then get there and be told there's no work so you won't get paid. Wasted quality time with your children. Not to mention the money I loose from every missed customer.

Sorry for the negative post but it has to be said, I might be a nice understanding person but I still have a business to run and a family to feed!
