Always thinking ahead.Even though summer is just beginning we are already working out our hay situation. Last year we had to buy all of our hay in due to the drought. We've never had to do that before.
This year's hay field is already looking good so fingers crossed we can
go back to making our own. ❤️🐴❤️🐴❤️🐴

Well it's been a scorcher of a week so far. Lots of our liveries are off work with it being spring bank hol.
All I can say is if you are early morning walking in the countryside around Warsop wear earplugs!!!!!
This crazy bunch of idiots have been out every morning to avoid the heat.
This morning I decided to TRY and get a group photo. Not a chance.
It was chaos 🤣. Storm wouldnt line up with the others so a solo pic was taken. Nicola telling jayne off for taking the micky out of everyone . Carrie not even riding but had to photo bomb and get in on the act. 🙄. Jayne telling me off for taking photos of her on the mounting block. Just another normal day at williamwood to be truthful. 🤣🤣🤣🤣
In all honesty though it's nice to see everyone enjoying their horse and riding out together , making the most of the good weather after a hard winter.
If you happen to be walking around here just beware of this lot !!!!! Mind you you will hear them before you see them 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣❤️🐴❤️🐴

New concrete trough installed. Old metal one was constantly overflowing and being pushed through the fence when horses rubbed on it. Hopefully this one will be the mutts nuts ( dogs bo@ #%cks) 😁. Horses always something to fix. 🙄🙄❤️🐴❤️🐴

Delivery from ALS equine laundry. All clean packed nicely ready for use. We use hay bags here so I collected them all up ready to be washed 60 in total. Arnia must be sick of looking at hay bags. 😳 . Problem is I've got a few more to send. 🤣🤣.

All the horses are out grazing and having a good time, until now!!!!! The wormers have arrived so I'm sure that will upset them🤣.
Some are really good and just stand there others it's a chase me round the stable moment. The giraffe manoeuvre is another popular one. 🙄. Once it's actually administered trying to stop them from spitting it out is an art in itself. So when they've actually taken it it's the sulking and omg you've poisoned or drugged me faces.
Try offering them a treat after to make amends ooohhhh not a chance . Straight on the phone to pony line.
