✨Operation Update No 2!✨

My operation has been postponed again until 31 July! You literally couldn’t write it could you! Apologies to anyone who I have re-scheduled from 12 June, if you would like to change your rearranged appointment, please get in touch asap.

I can only keep apologising for this, not that it’s my fault or anyone’s. I’ve tested positive for MRSA now and require 3 weekly negative tests before they will operate due to increased infection risk. Unfortunately it’s more than likely I have picked MRSA up from the hospital!

Also, I’ve taken the decision to close the salon from 31 July until 17 August, anyone with a booking during this period will be contacted to re-arrange.

☀️✨ Heatwave Notice ✨☀️

With the hotter weather expected over the next week or so, the comfort and safety of your dogs & cats is our top priority 🐶🐈

Our salon is fully air conditioned and there will always be plenty of fresh water available to keep everyone cool and comfortable. To help manage the temperature safely, we will be using the dryers on cool/no heat settings where necessary. This may mean grooming appointments may take a little longer than usual, especially for thicker or double-coated breeds, as coats will naturally take longer to dry without added heat.

Thank you so much for your patience and understanding while we make sure all dogs and cats stay safe, calm and comfortable during the warmer weather 🌡️🐾

🫶 He’s been coming for puppy pampers since he was able to go out for walks. In my opinion, this proves what a difference it makes as he accepted the grooming process beautifully, it’s a well done from me 👏, Luv Lisa 🐾😘
