Florence came in for her pamper she is a very nervous little girl so I took time to gain her trust we decided not to bath her this time with lots of treats and patience I managed to clip her and she remained nice and calm such a good girl dog ❤️ ✂️

Just a little story on Sonny his owner contacted me to see if I could help her with Sonny he was very matted but other groomers wouldn't groom him due to him being snappy. He was snappy because he is scared of being groomed His lovely owner stayed and helped hold him and with perseverance little breaks and reassurance also his owners little boy talking to sonny we managed to get all his Matt's off and he had a lovely bath.Hes not perfect but so much more comfortable and hopefully next time won't be as tough on him well done Sonny I'm so proud of you 🥰 I love my job knowing I've helped Sonny feel comfortable x
