Freelance Equine Services
Range of equine services available and can be tailored to meet the needs of both you and your fur-baby!
Freelance Groom/livery service/holiday livery/sales livery/sickness cover
-Stabled horses will receive full muck out, hay-nets filled, rugs changed if needed, Water changed and filled, feeds made and can be given, can also turnout while I am there, can be brushed and will be given a fuss (attention) too.
£20 for 1 horse, £30 for 2 horses, £40 for 3 horses etc.
- Living out horses will receive a fuss, rugs can be changed, feeds given, hay given, poo picked and water changed and filled and any other requirements as well as the field checked over.
£10 for 1 horse, £15 for 2, £20 for 3 etc.
- Can come back for an extra £5-£7 depending if horses are in or out as skip out/hay/feed etc can be given.
-Horses can be worked if needed; plan be arranged whether it be schooling, lunging hacking etc for £10 for 30 mins and £15 for the hour.
-Will also walk or hand graze the older ones or horses on box rest etc if needed. £3 weather depending.
-Prices include travel costs. Discount if more days needed.
-Holiday/sales livery can also be done at our yard. 5* yard, turnout, arena, 12x12 – 12x14 stables, lunge pen, off road hacking, quiet country lanes. Camera’s and frequent checks as onsite living.
Backing services with us – Ponies welcome.
£100pw for ponies up to 14hh and £120pw for 14.1+, discount can be given if owner has more than one that would want to be sent to us.
5* yard, 12x12,12x14ft stables, turnout, arena, lunge pen, washbox, heated lights… everything your horse will need and everything done to the horses pace.
Lunging, Schooling and backing services at your yard;
£13 for 30 mins, £16 for 45 mins, £19 for an hour, Price includes petrol, discount given if more than one horse.
Clipping services available*
Horsey bootcamp – can be done at your yard or mine depending on the needs. Your horse can come to us on a working livery basis and will be exercised and you can visit whenever or we can put a plan into place and I can come to you and work the horse if you haven’t enough time.
Will happily teach children and adults, I have lots of experience especially in first time owners, ground work, confidence building and basics, as well as the trickier horses such as napping, bucking, nervous, green young horses. I have not yet done my exams due to career and uni, however now I have more time I am looking at picking these up and getting them started. Can provide lots of references.
Clients will receive regular updates and are welcome to visit their horses anytime they like as well as be involved in as much or as little with the horse’s progress.
All horses will be cared for as though they are my own, working with a gentle, sympathetic, firm and knowledgeable approach to meet the needs of each owner and horse.
*We also offer a consultation first for any horsey mums who would like to meet who would be caring for their fur-baby first, this is where plans are discussed and we can meet your needs, these are £7 (includes petrol for up to 15 miles).
*Small Jockey available for the smaller ponies.

-A more than knowledgeable first aid basics for the horse due to an accident prone fur-baby myself.
We now offer maintenance services, this can be field and paddock maintenance (Topping, harrowing, rolling, spraying), stable work such as building or repairing and also fencing.
