The Urbanpaw Family are all independent groomers, all of which are City & Guilds Qualified and trained in grooming styles from Kennel Club Breed Standard to Asian Fusion and beyond, not to mention, each groomer is a qualified 'Canine First Aider' to give you that added reassurance. Here at Urbanpaw, our groomers will only do what is in the best interest of your pet. We strictly adhere to the animal welfare act and will offer information and advice where required to all pet owners.

Over the last few weeks we’ve had a big rise in last minute cancellations, no shows, late pick up and drop offs

As a small business these things have a big knock on effect. We still have overheads we need to pay and cancelling last minute without good reason leaves us without any income.

Please remember our cancellation policy- if you need to cancel or rearrange please give us 24 hours notice. Without relevant notice we will charge the full cost of the groom.

Please understand these policies are put in place to ensure Urbanpaw can continue to run smoothly and provide the best service to your pets.
