We are reminiscing about last summer, when we paid the Surrey Search and Rescue Team a visit to see their whole squad, including the Dog Search Team, in action!

We kitted out the canine searchers in their very own PerfectFit Harnesses. Wearing the harness during their searches lets the dogs know they are working in an active search, and taking it off lets them know when it's time to switch off and be a pet dog!

WE'RE HIRING! | CUSTOMER SERVICE EXECUTIVE 🐶

Fixed Term - 7months

If you like the idea of spending your working day talking about dogs, helping dog owners and being part of a lovely team, we might have just the job for you!
We're looking for a Customer Service Executive to join our team in Malvern (WR14) from 1st October for 7 months.

At PerfectFit, customer service is about much more than answering emails & calls. We genuinely care about our customers and their dogs, and we pride ourselves on going above and beyond to help.

You'll be helping dog owners choose and fit the right harness, answering their doggy questions, placing orders, processing exchanges and generally making sure they have a brilliant experience with us. Sometimes that means spending a little extra time to understand a customer's situation and find the right solution for them.

What we're looking for ❤️
We're looking for someone who is:
🐾 Naturally friendly, warm and approachable
🐾 Passionate about giving genuinely excellent customer service
🐾 Patient, kind and empathetic
🐾 A great communicator, both written and spoken
🐾 Positive, helpful and a real team player
🐾 Organised and comfortable juggling different enquiries and tasks
🐾 Confident using computers and happy learning new systems
🐾 Someone who takes pride in doing things properly and going the extra mile

A love of dogs would be a HUGE bonus! 🐶
You don't need to be a dog expert or have previous experience fitting harnesses, we'll give you full training. Previous customer service experience would be great, but it's your attitude and approach to customers that matter most to us.

A bit about us...
We're a close team of 11, based in Malvern, and we're a pretty friendly bunch. We support each other, have fun, and genuinely care about doing a great job.
We're also a team of dog lovers who are passionate about making life better for dogs and their owners. ❤️

The role is 32 hours a week, 4 days per week
You'll be office-based while you train and get to know the role. Working from home/office hybrid may be an option once trained.

📅 Start date: 1st October
⏰ 32 hours | 4 days
🏡 2 days WFH once fully trained
📋 7-month fixed-term contract
The role is to cover a 7 month sabbatical.

Loose lead walking takes time, patience, and plenty of practice. Looking at why your dog is pulling, rewarding the moments they get it right, and staying consistent can all help build calmer, more enjoyable walks. This is the problem we get asked about most!

We often feature the canine crew of perfectFit, but our team wouldn’t be complete without Gilly, our resident cat expert, and her little lad, Kirelius! 😻

He's gotten a little camera-shy in his old age, so we don’t have many snaps of him, but here he is modeling his very first PerfectFit Harness, which he got when Gilly first started with us. 🥰

Kirelius was new to wearing harnesses, so Gilly introduced it very slowly and used his favorite fishy treats to make the experience positive!
As he's gotten older, Kirelius finds it challenging to climb the garden fence and take himself off for a wander, so now he wears his PerfectFit Harness & lead for outdoor adventures! 🫶
