I love how many views (and likes, thanks!) this page is getting but I have no idea WHY - anyone care to tell me how they got here?

I only occasionally make collars and leads these days, but do ask if theres anything you want!

Same lead, different view :) These can be made less houndy if necessary (wider lead, much less tapered 'body')

Back from the Happy Dog Charity Fun Day - windswept and knackered. Nice venison burgers and sausages on the BBQ and met loads of lovely people so if you were there and said hi, hello!

Sadly I don't think many visitors were aware just how many trade stands there'd be (loads, all really top quality stuff and lovely people) and most folk hadn't actually brought more than the cash necessary to enter some classes and buy a burger :( So loads of stock brought home today.

Kelda and her part time assistant Dilly-dog had fun and hopefully the weather will be better (SO windy) and more folk will turn out (with more dosh!) next year.

I'm orf for a nap!

I think everythings packed and ready for the morning - undoubtedly I will arrive at the show venue and discover I have forgotten something vital of course!

Hope to see some of you there and if its early, I like coffee!!

Happy Dog Charity Fun Day check it out and come and see!

Busy busy, my blisters have blisters!

Those awaiting orders will be pleased to know your goodies will be in the post tomorrow or Wednesday (one's done, one's 6 inches of stitching away from being done but I popped a blister today and had no plasters!)

Tallying up the stock I have made for the show on Saturday and theres some nice bits and bobs there - I can't possibly make a huge amount of stock for shows, I'm a one girl operation, but if you are going to https://www.facebook.com/happydogcharityfunday?fref=ts I should have some goodies to tempt you, and of course, I'll be taking orders on the day so bring your cheque books people!

We may also have some 'while-u-wait' stuff going on and you can see exactly how traditional saddlers stitching is done, and maybe have a go yourself!

The Happy Dog Charity Fun Day is running the Dog Show for Tewkesbury's BIG Weekend, 8th May 2016, The Vineyards Tewkesbury GL20 5PG.

Busy day in the workshop today, if it wasn't totally gross I would photograph the shredded patches on my hands where I have quite literally worked my fingers to the bone - to the bone I tell you!

I must take this opportunity to thank the customers who currently have orders on my workbench for their huge patience - I have had a couple of set backs (thats the nice way of saying I fk'd up and measured a couple of items wrongly, entirely my cross-eyed, ruler-misreading fault!) and this combined with my varying health (generally poor to bleedin' awful) things are taking longer than intended.

Rest assured you WILL receive your order, I have not legged it to the Bahamas and your patience is hugely hugely appreciated!

All done bar the 'oles because my 'ole punch is jiggered - an' thats a technical term... for buggered. Mm.

Note the neat stitches on the inside and no nasty raw edges or horrible rivets, its all very old-skool here!
