So the other week I was asked if I thought I could help make some feathers for a little Shetland to make him look like a shire for fancy dress.
Well I don’t think I do to bad a job 🥰 how cute does he look.

While I had a cheeky day off with the little people up at Egton show Sophia has been working hard at the unit. Few bits added to the website and lots of rugs packed so please if you have any in with us at the moment can you collect.

I’m full to bursting for my collection and delivery run tomorrow and collections over the next few weeks are filling up fast so if you want a collection please get in touch.

Who can guess what I have been challenged to make with these? I quite possibly got way too excited about the request 😂

Who is coming to Rosedale Show tomorrow?

Really looking forward to rosedale show on Saturday. It’s always been one of my favourite shows as I grew up locally but it’s the first time we have been with the trailer.

We have been flat out in the laundry over the last few weeks but as always we are trying to bring you plenty of bargains.
Everything can be posted just click postage at check out or select local collection if you want to pop in the shop to collect.
If you see a rug they you want and it’s unwashed give me a shout and we can arrange for it to be washed (at cost) before it is sent out to you.

3.5 years ago when I took over the laundry I was scared of the sewing machine. The last time I had used one was in my late teens (quite a long time ago 🤣) when I made some cushion covers that came to pieces in the first wash.

Now there isn’t much I can’t fix. I don’t always get it right and I often fall out with my old singer but I don’t think I do a bad job considering I’m completely self taught.
