Thornthorpe Equestrian Livery and competition yard. Arenas and cross-country course for hire. Also hay , haylage and straw for sale. we also have in place a worming programme.

we provide diy/part livery on a small competition yard near malton. we have excellent facilities which include 2 well maintained all-weather arenas (one x 40x20, one 60x40) which we also hire out (£8 per horse per hr including use of showjumps)
we have 50 acres of grazing, which is rotated on a regular basis. we have a cross-country course which we hire out for schooling (£20 per horse) In spring

and autumn we run showjumping/dressage competitions. we sell our own hay, haylage and straw. Our yard is ideally suited to the competitive rider due to our excellent facilities.

We will be opening the cross country course this weekend , £25 per horse , dogs to be kept on a lead AT ALL TIMES((and cleaned up after)

17hh British bred gelding by Delorean. Just broken and riding and hacking nicely has been on a couple of outings on the box and a looking a lovely prospect.

15.1hh Irish mare, very established and seen lots of life, superb junior event prospect. Not a kick along but very trainable and rideable with a serious jumping ability.

16.1hh Irish bred mare the ultimate 110 schoolmistress with scope for more, a horse who never fails to make me smile and wins me more than she doesn’t but she is an acquired taste, she’s fast, bold and careful and is genuinely in it to win it, she 100% does not hack out, she is terribly traffic shy and despises schooling barring the necessities to stay fit. She is a super easy horse to keep and is very kind and generous. Will only suit a super competitive home!!

16hh Irish bred dun gelding. The ultimate steady Eddie dressage schoolmaster. Excellent record, had one home since 4y/o and I have helped train him from day one. An absolute diamond of a horse who does all the bits in between, hacks, jumps has done BS and BE also. The ultimate mother/daugher dream
