Feeling pensive and reflective so wanted to share a few thoughts that I've always wanted to tell my clients but never have:
1) we love our job and everything we do comes from a place of love and best interest.
2) we value, our chats with you the owners, as much as we love spending the grooming time with your fur babies.
3)we feel your losses- we miss your pets and we miss you; the owners too.
4)our job is our passion- our hobby and, in some cases, our own healing.
5)we always have time- even in our most manic moments. We will give you our time, so please know that and so grateful to those that offer theirs.

Just a polite notice to say we only have 10 appointments left for June and are currently booking into July.. we will do our best to get everyone in but please 🙏 don't leave it to the last minute! Thanks team Groucho's xx

For the month of June we'll be offering a teeth and nail promo! It's a 1 hour appointment which includes initial teeth clean and assessment and nail clipping with dremel/filing and rounding for £40!!!.
**also (as of June) Groucho's new hours:
Tuesday to Saturday 830am-4pm!!

Just a reminder that Kathy and I will be in Yates on Sunday the 22nd to help with photos if you choose to pop up for a mincepie! We will be closed from Dec 25th until Jan 2nd and are now fully booked until Jan 6th!! Happy holidays!!
