I know so many or you are desperate for a cancellation! Your messages have been noted even if I havnt replied... I write them in. These last weeks have been overwhelming with messages. Also the multiple platforms such as Facebook, what's app, txt, voicemail and the shop phone is alot to keep up with. If you have an appointment and want sooner, what's app me saying before if possible. If you need to move appointments its not going to be before! I can much rather swap you for someone waiting but not to postpone it. I always stress booking ahead and shorter cuts in summer. And less time between grooms in summer. Il always do my best. I have a few appointments I need to move but will offer you my days off! If anyone needs to go to another groomer thats understandable just let us know ππ
