*Rant post unfortunately*
This is very unlike me but I am now affected by this for the first time in the 10yrs I have had my business I need to address it.
PLEASE PLEASE check and double check your bookings! On my part I will be starting to send reminders the day before, something I have never had to do, but lately I am getting a lot of "no shows" and I can no longer work with this happening/ afford it with the current financial stretches.
My work days are now very limited around my children which understandably often requires childcare. I also turn away clients daily which is not fair on them or me financially.
I really do not want to implement a deposit charge at the time of booking at this stage but it may come to this if the situation does not improve and my cancellation charge of 50% without 24hrs notice may increase, especially if it is not the first time for you.
