"LATE ARRIVAL FEES
If you are more than 15 minutes late arriving for your dogs appointment I may not have time to complete the groom and it will count as a missed appointment. Please contact me if you are running late.
If you do not collect your dog at the agreed time a late fee may apply. This is charged at £5 per 15 minutes (from 15 mins late) for the first hour then at standard dog sitting rate (£10 per hour) PLUS the cost of any grooms if I have had to cancel appointments as a result. Your dog will be keen to see you again and crossovers with unfamiliar dogs and owners may be stressful for them; I like to reunite you as soon as I can.
MISSED APPOINTMENTS
If you miss an appointment with no prior warning a £15 charge will be applied plus you are liable for 50% of the cost of the groom. The full cost of the groom would need to be taken as a non-refundable deposit for future grooms.
CANCELLATIONS
Please give a minimum of 48 hrs notice for cancellations where possible, I understand sometimes cancellations are unavoidable. I try to help minimise forgotten appointments by reminding by text, but it is still your responsibility to remember and attend your appointment. If less than 48 hours notice is given and I have been unable to fill the appointment slot then a £15 charge will apply. This along with payment in advance for your next appointment will be required before another appointment can be made. Please be aware that if you do need to cancel you may not be able to get your dog in for a number of weeks as a waiting list system is used.
All charges are at groomer’s discretion."
