We had some disappointing news today 😓

Tango has been intermittently late for a couple of weeks, I’ve done the usual rest and leads walks and hydro only, however we went to see out amazing vet today and unfortunately he’s got to be referred to a specialist to have a CT and further investigations.

His luxating patella is now not a concern and he is happy that everything we have done has improved them massively! They now suspect he has something going on with his sacroiliac joint and hips- potentially a nerve issue.

He is on anti-inflammatory and pain relief and we will wait to hear from the specialist.

Paley training day 🎉

We have only 2 spaces in this months Paley training weekend, 1 space in the advanced and 1 in the intermediate!

These weekends are brilliant to push your dog across different cover and terrain and increase distances, whilst sharpening up your handling skills.

I have a few spaces in our March workshops!

SOLD - novice/inter space - Saturday PM
1 - intermediate spaces - Saturday AM
1 - advanced space - Sunday PM

3 hour sessions on a wonderful farm in Staplehurst, Kent.

Mixture of grassland, cover, water and obstacles.

We will be working on, handling, directions, stop whistle, delayed marks/memories and holding an area.
For intermediate and advance we will be adding distractions in the mix and sticking to tasks!

Everything will be made breed specific to accommodate the different working styles

-blinds
-delayed marks/memories
-distractions and mini drives
-launcher
-hunting up/sweeping and ignoring marks in the distance
-handling

*all scenarios can be adapted for all breeds and styles, retrieves, HPRs and Spaniels*

My girl ❤️ last day of the season on Saturday, Fern and I are going for a clean up day at one of the shoots we usually pick up on. She’s brilliant out rough shooting, hunts hard, stops and stays steady and retrieves.
