Today Luna is telling us all about Chihuahuas🥰
The definition "small but mighty" from everyone's favourite childhood film "Beverly hills chihuahua" is the best way to sum up any chihuahua ive met whilst grooming.

Background;
Chihuahuas emerged from Mexico after being refined by the aztecs from thier origin breed Techichi. They are the world's smallest breed of dog and were believed to be sacred and the guides to the afterlife.

Grooming;
Grooming Chihuahuas depends on personal preference. We have long haired or short haired Chihuahuas and all differnet types of cuts. Short haired chis tend to only need a bath, nails and a good deshed where as long haired chis tend to have a good deshed and slight tidy to help maintain their natural coat.
Supplies for grooming at home are very few, a small curry brush for short-haired and a small slicker brush for long haired.
