I am very pleased to announce that we are no longer closed under lockdown and I am now available to take appointments. I am in the process of contacting all my regular customers to re-book any appointments which were cancelled and will do my best to fit everybody in. I have updated my health and safety processes to safeguard my customers and myself, so you can be assured that bringing your dog for their appointment will be as low risk as possible. Thanks so much to everyone for your understanding and patience, I am looking forward to seeing all my doggie customers (and their owners of course!)🐶🛁✂️

Thanks so much to everyone for your patience during the lockdown. I am eager to re-open as soon as possible to continue pampering all my wonderful doggie customers 🐶. As soon as we are allowed to operate under government guidelines I will post an update and I will also be in contact with my customers to book in all appointments which were cancelled.
Meanwhile, we have been making sure that we have appropriate procedures, PPE and knowledge for when we re-open. Our customers can be assured that we are doing our best to achieve this as I have completed and passed the Barbicide Certificate of Health and Safety.
I hope to see everyone soon! 🐩🛁

Following the UK lockdown announcement last night, I am sad to say that Penny’s Parlour is closed until further notice 😢hopefully the next three weeks will pass quickly and then I can make appointments available again! I will contact anyone who had booked appointments with me and let you know as soon as possible when they can be re-arranged. It’s not goodbye, just see you later. Stay safe everyone 🐶❤️
