Knitwit Designs Handmade personalised Dog Collars, Leads, Snoods, Equine headcollars and much more. They are not recommended for dogs who have a tendency to pull.

Our collars and leads are made from high quality durable materials but they are not indestructible. Please check the condition of the products regularly for the safety of your dog as wear and tear may occur with use. We are not responsible for any damages/ accidents caused due to reasons such as overuse or excessive leash pulling. HOW TO MEASURE:
All collars are made to measure so you will need t

o select the correct size. To find your dog’s size, simply measure around their neck (where the collar would sit naturally) with a flexible tape measure, leaving it comfortably loose. Dog collars should be snug with enough room to fit two fingers under the collar. Collars should not be tight as this can restrict breathing and cause discomfort. This will be the exact size I will make the collar so please make sure the measurement is accurate. If you’re unsure please contact me and I will run you through it. CARE:
All items are machine washable just place them in a pillow case or a large sock to protect the buckle and attachments (and your washing machine). Wash at 30 degrees, no spin cycle. Alternatively, you can easily wash by hand with some soap and a sponge (my preferred method). Returns & exchanges

Dispatch items back within: 28 days of delivery
I don't accept exchanges or cancellations
But please contact me if you have any problems with your order. The following items can't be returned or exchanged because of the nature of the items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:

Conditions of return
Buyers are responsible for return postage costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
