It is with deep regret to inform my lovely customers that as of the 12th December 2025 I will be ceasing to operate as a dog groomer.

Words cannot explain my gratitude for everyone’s custom and how it’s contributed to not only my business and shop but my every day life!

It’s been such an amazing journey meeting everyone and their gorgeous pets and something I will cherish for the rest of my life ❤️ 🐶 🐱.

My last working day will be Friday 12th December, I have contacted all customers booked after this date and for 2026 appointments.

Thankyou everyone for making dreams come true and you will all be truly missed but never forgotten ❤️

Lovely shampoo and trim at Scruffy to Fluffy today. I do like to keep Courtney on her toes when I'm there as you can imagine 😂

My favourite thing is that I come out smelling so good!!! 💪

🐶 Policy Update 🐶

All customers will be required to pay a non-refundable £10 deposit when booking each appointment for 2026. More than 15minutes late will be considered a missed appointment.

Sadly, this has had to be implemented to determine genuine bookings. Being a self employed small business, it can be hard when customers fail to attend their appointments, not only do we lose out on money and time, but also this has had a ongoing negative impact on my loyal customer base with waiting times for future appointments.

🐶 Important Notice 🐶

Due to increases in stock and shop costs we’ve had to make the difficult decision to adjust our prices.

As many of you know, this is something we have been dreading and have postponed for as long as possible. But in order to maintain the quality of our work and to reflect rising costs this step is necessary.

New pricing will start January 2026.

We would like to thank all of our current and future customers for your loyalty, and understanding.
