If you would like to add weight to your poles 1st remove one end cap
(one has been left loose for ease)
Take one bucket full of clean shavings and mix with 3 pints (approx) of water.
Fill one pole with a few handfuls of wet shavings then push down to the bottom of the pole with a broom handle. Repeat after every few handfuls. When the pole is completely full replace end cap and tap in till sealed.
This should give a 6-7 kg pole approx
Do not over wet the shavings as this will make the pole to heavy
un-filled Light poles are not recommended for jumping over 3ft
Plastic can become brittle in frosty conditions.
Cups fit down one side only.
These are extra wide and manufactured by Shires.
They recommend you protect from frost to prolong the life of the cups.

Always carry jump stands using the handle.
Keep stand pushed firmly into the base
To clean your jumps use warm soapy water (not hot)
