Welcome to Hair Off The Dog My names Lauren and am so pleased to be able to share my new venture.

I’v been cabin crew for 19 years and decided to move into a career with fur babies, its a huge passion of mine and I have been lucky enough to always have them in my family growing up, so i know how much they are a valued family member.

When i started my daunting first day back at college at the grand age of 35 i instantly Gelled with my good friend Chris also crew for the same airline (coincidence) and the rest is history.... college closures, pregnancy, covid, grooming in a garage, redundancy’s, plenty of starbucks, tears and here we are.

Both Chris and myself will work together not only to build our own experience but be able to offer an exceptional service.

We agree on alot of things but what we mostly agree on is we have a strict policy where all animals are treated and cared for like they are our own.
And the welfare of you beloved pets will always come first.

We are both insured, first aid trained, L3 city and guilds diploma in dog grooming and a current covid course completed, all certificates can be seen on request.

We will offer a 1 groomer per dog ratio or sometimes a 2 on 1 if a larger task, a strict no nose to nose contact will be adheared to unless pets from the same household and owner’s permission is given.

We will start by offering appointments on Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Fridays week commencing 3rd May and will increase on demand.
