Weโd like to kindly ask that all contact
details are please kept up to date.
Primary, secondary and emergency contacts
are included on our customer records to
ensure we are able to send reminders,
notify customers of any important changes or
emergencies, and to double check attendance
for anyone who may be running late.
If we no longer have the correct contact
information we arenโt able to do that.
If we have customers reschedule appointments through their reminders, we are able to fit other pups in from our cancellation list. With our next availability currently sitting at 8 weeks time, this is a very important aspect of our diary management. When appointments are missed income is lost and we are unable to get that back once the slot time has pasted.
Please help us keep working as efficiently
as possible by double checking we have the
correct information for you if it has
recently change, to ensure reminders get to you.
