🐾 The news we all wanted to hear!! The daycare will open under new ownership and new name with my full support! The new owners have agreed terms with landlord , started to make alterations and applied for new license with environmental health!

Head over to their page, follow and share! Some of you will recognise Scott the new owner , he worked at East Point for 5 years and often came to work on his bike with his dog on his back! Seaside paws will open shortly with additional services like a groomers and a dog taxi!!!

👋🏻 Well, that’s a wrap from me—Donna, owner of East Point Paws 🐾 . Every single one of your dogs has been so special to me. I remember starting with just five a day and today we reached 55. This week has shown me how much you support and love me. You’ve been with me through personal challenges and the loss of my dog, Doodle, who became part of the family that you all knew, loved, and gave treats. I want to be clear—our daycare is closing, at least for now, hopefully just temporarily—so please watch this space. I’m so grateful to all the customers who stayed with me from day one up until the last day and who I now consider friends, and to the staff who have been with me—some from the very start, and others these last five years. I tried my hardest to get rid of you but you guys just never left. Thank you all so, so much. I will miss you all but remember my dog needs daycare too so you will see me again!

Today we welcome Oscar the very smiley Labrador for his first day of daycare! 🥰

Oscar already had a very familiar face here for his first day, as his younger brother Otis already comes to play! Otis did a very good job of showing Oscar around, before both going off to play with their own friends! 😅

Oscar has loved all the dogs he’s met today, but has especially liked Quinn the Labrador and Hector the Cockerpoo 🐾
