Home by 12-30pm, feel it was a success as my leg will now straighten to 5* off rather than 40* off.
Done my hydrotherapy in the pool this afternoon with this little one, lots of Physio booked so feeling positive.
Still need lots of rest when I can but the pain is greatly reduced so maybe I’ll sleep tonight.
