I would like to reassure all my existing customers, and also to anyone struggling to locate grooming appointments for their dogs during this difficult situation. I am currently still working to schedule, with some adjustments, following Pet Industry Covid 19 regulations.
I operate a safe, no contact, drop off/pick up entrance area.
All surfaces regularly disinfected.
Separate grooming room.
Single Owner appointment only.
Photo invoice to smartphones when possible.
Payment by BACS or exact cash envelope
Please note that if you have an existing pre booked appointment, I will contact you 1 week in advance to confirm.
Thanks must be given to all the support I have received so far from loyal customers. This is a very unusual and worrying time for all of us. Our loving canine companions need to be cared for, and I am endeavouring to continue to offer my utmost service. Every appointment safely attended is a positive step to keeping my small business going throughout.
