I’m having such a beautiful time caring for my feline beauties this week. 🐾💖

Every little petal 🪷🌹 has their own unique personality, ways and energy. When you really 'be' with them, you notice the subtle things that make them who they are.

And along the way, something magical happens… these precious creatures become friends, companions and sometimes even soulmates. 💕😺🐾🐾

I love my work and the energy that comes with spending time around cats. 🕊️💖 There is something special about sitting with them, gaining their trust and letting them show you who they are.

Today I'm spending time with my beautiful Sox, who is receiving palliative care. At 19 years old — around 92 in human years — he is a special old gentleman 💕🐾

It can be emotional knowing Sox is in the later chapter of his life, but he still has a wonderful spark. He is gentle, affectionate, full of love and has a lightness that makes time with him a pleasure.

I feel privileged to be able to care for him, to give him companionship and comfort, and most importantly, simply be with him 😺💖

It’s moments like these that remind me why I love what I do so much.

Every cat has a story. Every cat has a soul. And every little connection is a gift. 🐈‍⬛🌸✨✨💖 🪷✨✨

Paws and Play in the Sun! 🐾☀️

What a week it's been finding shady spots for Tyler and ponds for him to swim in. Mimi still wanting her cwtches (Welsh for hugs 🤗) and Dundee sensibly mainly staying in doors with lots of drinks and refreshments 💦💧

This is beautiful Sox. He's 19.5 years and is having palliative care treatment at home. He loves TLC and he's a foodie. While staying with him I have to administer his prescription foods and medication. He's taking prednisolone steroids and lactoluse medication as well as Renal and gastrointestinal wet foods. He's such a gentle soul and has always been over the many years I've been cat sitting and feeding him- bless his little paws.🙏✨💖 Having studied reiki levels one and two I sometimes use this mode of healing with the animals I work with. This depends on whether my clients want this treatment. I use it with Sox and he responds really well to this gentle hands off healing. It makes my time with him extremely special and I am grateful for this 🙏 ✨ 💖 🪷 🪷 🪷 🙏

Another scrumptious, delightful week spent playing with and walking these two adorable pets 💕 🐾🐾 I just can't get enough of this pet sitting, dog walking life.
