What a wonderful day we had on Saturday at our Open Day!
It was such a joy to welcome so many visitors — from little ones gently grooming Fudge to curious newcomers finding out about the horse simulator and exploring the yard.

A heartfelt thank you to Chrissie, Milly and Anna for all their help in making it such a lovely occasion.

We’re already looking forward to the next one — they’re held on the second Saturday of every month, so pop the date in your diary and come and say hello!

What a wonderful surprise! Today, we were honoured to welcome the Mayor of Merton, Councillor Slawek Szczepanski, to Wimbledon Village Stables. He stopped by to promote his upcoming Charity Ball, which will be held on the 22nd of March at the prestigious All England Lawn Tennis Club in Wimbledon.

We are delighted to contribute to this fantastic event by donating a prize for the raffle, which will raise funds for two outstanding local charities: Christian Care and Brain Cancer Research. Supporting these causes is so important, and we wish Councillor Szczepanski every success with the event! Of course! Here are some hashtags you can use:

What a lovely email to receive from Katharine: Also been meaning to write to say the biggest thank-you to the stables and the teachers there. Because of all the lessons and confidence building with your amazing teachers and on sim, a few weeks ago I got back onto my horse for the first time in 18months! it was incredible, I have the teachers in my head as I go out on hacks with her. 1000% would not have got back on if it wasn’t for wvs and sim so big thank-you,

Short courses available combining horse riding and simulator training.. This 2 or 3 Day Course is open to riders who have previous horse riding experience (Level 2-6). The Course consists of a half hour lesson on the Equicise Simulator followed by a one hour private riding lesson daily. Gain confidence and develop your skills within a safe and controlled environment with a personal instructor at your side and then practise your skills on horseback. Email to enquire [email protected]
