Hello Everyone! 🌞

This post is a bit late but from what we’ve seen everyone is staying home and safe.

We just wanted to let you know that we are still going to be open and running, with normal hours.

The store is nice and cool with AC and plenty of water for your pups.

The grooming appointments are still going on, just take the right precautions when walking to the shop. Make sure your dogs are well hydrated and equipped with bandanas and cooling coats on your way here.

If you don’t have one, a wet towel will do the job. We do have cooling coats and bandanas available in shop.

WARNING:
Unfortunately, if your dogs show signs of heat stroke or heat exhaustion we will have to reschedule for your pets safety!

Teeth cleaning and groom for Herbie 🪴done by Adriana .doggroomer !

Look at the difference. Removing plaque and tartar will help restore blood circulation in Herbie’s gums.

You can see how red and bright his gums are in the bottom picture. They might seem irritated, but actually this is mainly because there is more blood flow now and less pressure from the plaque. How cool is that?

Just like us, dogs can also feel anxious. It’s a normal emotion and it affects every dog and every breed differently.

In some cases, it can turn into a disorder which will lead to behavioural issues and sometimes physical issues as well.

To help your pup through the stress, it’s important to identify what causes anxiety, the most common ones are fear, separation and aging.

Some of the symptoms to look out for:

•Aggression
•Drooling
•Destructive Behaviour
•Excessive Barking
•Restlessness
•Urinating or defecating in the house

There’s different treatments which include natural products, antidepressants, training and conditioning!
