There's a lack of justice around us. Average, not particularly talented people get a lot of things. They are popular, and valued. But they aren't that good, they wouldn't deserve it. This world is everything but meritocratic. They get up there for many reasons but merit. They probably knew someone important. Or they can sell themselves. Our bosses always suck, don't they? They aren't as good as they're supposed to be to cover that role. They, they, they. And we, well, we are so different. We work hard, we think a lot and see solutions that other cannot see. We are just not understood. We would better fit in that role, better than them. Everything's so unfair... However, if we look closer, we are nothing more than someone-else's "they". People around us probably think we achieved more that what was deserved. And they might be right.
