If you're one of our regular, or even new, Cotswold customers, you will be disappointed at the lack of stock.

The reason is that Cotswold use a courier company called APC. They are unreliable and rarely deliver on the designated day. Consequently the frozen stock then sits in a van for several days, defrosting, and then they expect us to accept the rotting, leaking mess.

We have explained the issues to Cotswolds MD and explained that we are now the only stockist in the surrounding area.

We have asked for a different courier service so that we may continue to supply our loyal customers with FROZEN product, but to no avail.

The only solution we can think of is for you, the consumer, to put pressure on Cotswold to supply us via a reliable courier.

We like the Cotswold product range.
We WANT to sell Cotswold.
We've even paid out for a new Cotswold freezer.

We need you to email or phone their customer services and let them know that you want their products in our shop.
