Studio Lambert is looking for an experienced and highly organised Post Production Coordinator to join the team on an exciting new series.

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented individual with proven experience working across all stages of post-production, from the initial stages of the edit through to final delivery. The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting the smooth running of the post-production process, ensuring that workflows, schedules, materials and deliverables are managed efficiently and accurately.

Experience working with major streaming platforms is desirable, as is a good understanding of their technical specifications, delivery requirements and associated workflows.

The ideal candidate will be confident managing multiple priorities, maintaining accurate documentation and following established post-production processes. They will have excellent organisational and administrative skills, a methodical approach to their work and the ability to communicate effectively with editors, post-production teams, production and facility houses.

Contract Dates: Mid-Nov 2026 to 30th April 2027

Location: This role is based in a central London edit house.

Studio Lambert is looking for an experienced Senior Post-Production Manager or Line Producer to oversee the edit on an exciting new series. The successful candidate will take responsibility for managing the post-production process from the edit through to final delivery.

Candidates must have proven experience managing edits through to delivery, with a strong understanding of post-production workflows, schedules and delivery requirements. A proven track record working with major streaming platforms is desirable, and experience managing projects involving VFX would be highly beneficial.
The ideal candidate w
ill be highly organised, proactive and confident managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced production environment. Strong communication and collaboration skills are essential, alongside the ability to work closely with editorial teams, post-production facilities and external suppliers to keep the process running smoothly.

Contract dates: Dec 2026 – 30th April 2027

Studio Lambert is looking for a Production Secretary to join our multi-award-winning, Channel 4 series, Gogglebox. Candidates must display a passion for unscripted, fact-entertainment and a desire to pursue a career in production management. This is a chance to join the Studio Lambert team on a long-term engagement. Ideal candidates will be highly organised and have excellent attention to detail. Experience with PMI would be beneficial, but not essential.

Responsibilities of the role include:
- Assisting Production Coordinators with travel
- Raising advances, generating purchase orders and reconciling credit cards
- Providing support to the Archive team
- Updating various essential master spreadsheets and log documents
- Organising and preparing kit boxes for the filming teams
Contract dates: January – December 2027

Shift Pattern: Thursday - Monday (Tuesday and Wednesday off), with the exception of a six week period across July and August where the shifts revert to Monday – Friday.

Location: This role is based in a central London edit house. Working remotely is not possible for this position.

Studio Lambert is looking for a Talent Assistant to join our busy Talent team, to help us find and engage the brilliant off-screen talent behind some of the best unscripted television.

This is a heavily administrative role where organisation, accuracy and attention to detail are everything. You’ll provide first-rate administrative support across the recruitment and hiring process, keeping things moving and making sure no detail is missed.

We’re looking for someone who loves a good system, enjoys keeping on top of multiple tasks and has a forensic eye for detail. You’ll be confident communicating with people at all levels, comfortable picking up the phone and being proactive in spotting what needs doing and taking ownership of it.

For the right candidate, there is potential for progression within the company and for the role to be extended beyond the dates listed below.

This is an entry-level role, ideal for someone with previous administrative experience who is ready to take their first step into the television industry.

Studio Lambert is looking for an experienced Production Secretary to join the post-production team working on a new, factual entertainment series for a UK broadcaster.

We’re looking for someone highly organised, with excellent attention to detail and the ability to follow established post-production processes and confidently manage systems and administration.

Key responsibilities will include:
Collating and managing release forms and associated paperwork
Completing and submitting Silvermouse paperwork
Booking and coordinating viewings
Maintaining accurate production records and systems
Supporting the edit team with general administrative duties
Ensuring paperwork and production processes are completed accurately and within deadlines
Providing general production support as required

Experience in a similar role would be advantageous, as would familiarity with Silvermouse.

Please note: This is not an entry-level role. Applicants must have a minimum of two Production Secretary credits to be considered.
