“Outstanding service from start to finish. The initial thought of getting my sons Corgi (Loki) to Australia was daunting. However, once I received my first email from Airpets, my trepidations were gone. Sophie sent a comprehensive email explaining the step by step process. She removed all the unnecessary jargon and left us with a complete schedule. Her support and guidance throughout the process, along with the many photos was superb. Without doubt Airpets made the process manageable. Visiting on day of departure assured us Loki would be looked after. The atmosphere and environment was exactly what anybody sending a pet overseas would wish for.”
