We are currently seeking a full time receptionist to join our small and friendly team, Within our East London Dog Hub. We are also joined with a doggy daycare and pet grooming salon, so you must love dogs!

The hours will be Tuesday - Saturday, 10am - 5pm.

The role consists of greeting customers and helping with their decision making on our carefully selected healthy and nutritious pet food and treats. Dealing with online orders from our website for deliveries and store pick up, managing shop inventory and assisting with ordering stock.

Answering the phones and emails, managing the groomers schedules and booking their appointments for dog and cat grooming. As well as any grooming enquiries.

We also assist the daycare clients when they drop off and collect their dogs for daycare. We may need assistance with dog walking and keeping the daycare dogs company. As well as keeping the facility clean and tidy, and general up keep of the front of house.

Full training will be provided but a background knowledge of dogs and dog nutrition & care is ideal.

As we are a small team and have regular clients, Please only apply if you are committed and serious about the role, have a genuine passion for dogs and enjoy working within a small team.
