No rest days, just pure grit and determination!

Now I need to start running again! So at least my bum gets a rest!

I didn’t do it for me, I did it to save at least one dog for Amazonas & if I do I’ll do it again!

Thanks to Liz, Laura, Rich, my Mum and two sisters for constant support and all my other mates in the WhatsApp groups for putting up with my constant videos and photos!
And last but not least, Ed who serviced my bike knowing the hammer it would take! Hats off! It never slipped a gear or failed to stop me on those extremely steep downhills, I owe you a pint or 3!
