Hi Guys! 👋🏻

Just wanted to update you on things.
We are now back in the salon, but we have reduced our hours a fair bit, and unfortunately reduced our client numbers as well.

We are so sorry that we no longer have the space for some of our customers, but for now we need to take things a little easier. If things change, we will of course let you know 💛

We are so grateful to all of you for being so patient and understanding the last few months. It really means a lot.

If we haven't been in touch to book you back in, or let you know that we can no longer fit you in, please drop us a message or call. We've been through all the messages we can see but may have missed some in the process.

Hi Guys! 👋

I just wanted to log on and give some of our customers a little update..

As some of you will already know, we have been closed for the last couple of weeks.

In the hopes of being open and honest, this is because I have been struggling a lot with my mental health recently. This is something I've struggled with for a long time, but as it sometimes goes with mental health, there are moments when it gets a little hard to manage.

I am OK, but trying to take some time to re-set and get back in control. I have also recently been diagnosed with ADHD, which is taking a little time to come to terms with and learn to manage better. Hopefully this will also help me improve my anxiety.

For those customers who have had appointments cancelled, or changed. I am so so sorry for the inconvenience, and thank you for your understanding and messages of support, it will always mean so much.

Going forward, after a little more time off, we are going to try to ease up a little with the volume of appointments. This may mean that we have to let a few customers go. This is really hard for us to do, and won't be an easy decision. 😪

I'm so sorry, and hope you understand.

In lighter news, this is Hank! Our new member of the family, who's been helping out with lots of cuddles the last 2 days! We've been waiting a long time for him, and are really happy to have him home! 💛🐾

In this extreme weather, please please be careful taking your dogs out! ☀️

We would advise all of our customers to drive to appointments if possible. Our salon has air-conditioning and is kept cool all day with water available for the dogs at all times. If you arrive to your appointment, and your pup is showing signs of heat stress, we may refuse the groom and advise you seek help from a vet. Please understand that we will always do whats best for the health of your dogs! We love them, and want them to stay happy and healthy just as much as you do! 💛

Meet Winston! A gorgeous Cocker Spaniel cross Border Collie 💛

He is a nervous little pup, but he did so well for his first groom 🛁

He belongs to one of our best friends so we are really looking forward to seeing his journey and watching him grow in confidence!

We had these two handsome boys in last week!

Marley has been several times already and showed his little brother the ropes. Max was a little nervous at first but with plenty of reassurance he had his first ever groom! 😊

American Bully's often don't get the best press but these two are such a great example of how lovely they are! 💛

We can't wait to have them back in for some more cuddles 😍

Squeaky clean! 🪥🤩

As you know we've started offering ultrasonic teeth cleaning! We have been loving the results we have been getting! 💛

Check out the progress on our customer, Maisie's teeth! With just a couple of sessions we have managed to budge a large amount of plaque and reduce staining!

This is going to have a huge, positive impact on her dental hygiene! Now we have got the major plaque out of the way we can keep on top of her teeth with regular top up sessions! 😁

We just got back from a lovely week holiday in Turkey and met some super friendly doggies on our travels 🐶🇹🇷

We had two beautiful Corgi pups in yesterday for a good wash and tidy up! 🛁

Casper and Bella are still only young and love giving kisses and cuddles but are very well behaved throughout the groom 😊

We actually managed to go on Saturday! What a day! So many beautiful doggos and amazing stalls! We also picked up something very exciting!🥰🐶

The super cute Mushu came in for a groom last week! He is a 9 month old Keeshond who belongs to our good friend and fellow groomer .and.co 🐉🐶

The Keeshond originated in Holland, and due to their friendly nature, they are also known as 'The Smiling Dutchman' 😄

He was such a good boy and kept us smiling the whole time too! 💛

the beautiful Dapple Doxie came in last week for another little Puppy Groom!

Pacho is such a little sweetheart! His pawrents have been slowly building up his confidence coming to see us and he is becoming such a good boy during his grooming session. 🛁✂️

Look how much growing he's done!!!

Can you believe he is only 7 months old?! 🐶

Finn is a very handsome German Shepherd and is a very sweet and good natured boy. When he first came in he was very nervous, but with regular visits (and plenty of treats) he has got so much better at being groomed!

This beautiful brother and sister duo paid us a visit yesterday! Riley is an 7 year old RottweilerXamericanbulldog and Betty is aprox 5 year old rescue from Romania!

Both are big softies! We loved having them in the salon, and Riley helped keep his little sister calm as she was a little nervous 💛

Can't wait to see them both again!
