At Extra Help H&F, we are a helping hand to people within the community. Our clients include, the elderly, people with physical difficulties. Individuals affected by mental health challenges and time poor, busy people.

A recent planting and sowing session. In turn some of our clients are keen gardeners and experts and enjoy sharing their tips and getting involved.

We encourage this - and have them out with us doing as little or as much as, they choose, when they can and when the weather is dry and not too cold.

Amazing benefits for us all, gardening.

Some of the gardens we regularly help to maintain, throughout the year and seasons- like they are our own.

We have helped and continue to help our clients with various tasks: weeding, pruning, cutting, shaping and planting. Leaf clearing and tidying.
