Good Morning from beautiful sunny Llanidloes ☀️ ☀️

It’s been very busy here at the salon and we just want to say a MASSIVE heartfelt thank you to you all , for being so amazing and supportive as we navigate the next few months . Not one grumble about changed appointments , the offer of help and general support has been overwhelming . We truly do live in the most amazing place with such fantastic people 💖💖

We have tried to keep disruption to a minimum and hope to continue to do so over the coming few months. Charlotte will be here for another 2 weeks before she goes for surgery and recovery. We have spoken to most of you and just have a few more appointments to re schedule which we will organise next week. Kayley , Chris and the rest of the team will be looking after you all until Charlotte is back. Although we fully expect her to be sat on reception as soon as she can 🙄🤦🏼‍♀️🤣. Changing the locks to keep her out has been mentioned🤣!!

So seeing as it’s Charlottes birthday tomorrow , Merlin has taken the executive decision to close the salon and go and celebrate. We think he heard Pawsecco and that made his mind up!

📞📱📞📱OUR CONTACT NUMBER IS CHANGING 📞📱📞

Good morning all 😊 we have been looking at ways to better manage the way you all book your appointments.
At present we receive messages across multiple platforms including our personal pages/numbers and we need to streamline things a bit.

Going forward could you all please update the number you have for us.

Our new number is 07386 238697

This phone will remain in the salon and all calls, texts , messages through our social
Media pages will all come through to it.

It is so important that you do not messages Charlotte through her personal Facebook or WhatsApp. Over the coming weeks she will not always be available and you will be missed and not responded too and we would hate for you not to be able to book 😊

Even if you are friends, please if it’s work related use the above ways to contact us.

Charlotte is not the only staff member going to be managing bookings going forward so this is being done to make things better for you, our lovely valued clients😊

Where possible if you are a client of Kayley at Polished Paws can you contact her directly or if using the above number please give us your name , dogs name and who you are booked with ( if you know).

This might sound odd to some of you but you wouldn’t believe the amount off voicemails and text messages we get with next to no information 😳 So whilst Charlotte is a wiz at working out who sent them and what dog it was for, there are going to be other staff members working on bookings and will need this information if Charlotte is not in the salon .

Of course there will be a cross over so for the next two weeks we will still be on both numbers but we ask you to update the number ASAP 😊
