‼️ NO SHOWS AND LAST MINUTE CANCELLATIONS‼️
Over the last few months I’ve had a lot of no shows to appointments or cancelling last minute the day of. I’m going to have to start taking 50% deposits for bookings which will be non refundable without 48 hours notice.
As a single mum of a toddler it’s tough as I have got to put my son into nursery to come into work which costs me more than what 1 dog on average would make me and while I’m still a new small business every booking counts to support me and my child. So to some clients it may feel like it’s only 1 appointment or 1 dog, but to me that’s 2 hours of my time that goes unpaid while also paying for childcare to come in and run the business that I LOVE🐶
There are some days where your dog may be my only appointment and I have taken the time to come in and set the salon up to be let down.
I understand some things can’t be controlled but I hope everyone can understand my reasoning to enforce this.
