🚨IMPORTANT PET PASSPORT NEWS🚨

New rules for travelling with your pets come into effect from Wednesday 22nd April 2026🌍

New EU rules apply to the non-commercial movement of dogs, cats and ferrets. An EU pet passport held by a pet owner resident in GB will no longer be a valid document for travelling with pets from GB to the EU (this includes Northern Ireland).

GB residents travelling to the EU will need an AHC for travel. Please contact the practice in plenty of time to arrange this or if you would like to know more information please phone us on 01597 822044.

This week we’re celebrating Veterinary Receptionist Week 🐾

Our reception team are the heart of the practice. Juggling busy phones, welcoming clients, supporting our vets and nurses, and keeping everything running smoothly behind the scenes. Their calm, caring approach makes a real difference to every pet and owner who walks through our doors.

Unfortunately we have had a deceased cat brought into the practice, they do not have a microchip, he is a short haired entire ginger.
Found deceased on temple street yesterday evening - if you think it may be your cat or you have any information regarding him then please give us a call 01597 822044.

🚨 MISSING DOG – PLEASE SHARE 🚨

Lucky a Bichon x Poodle mix, is missing in the Llandrindod Wells area. Been missing for around 2 hours, was wearing a purple jacket but has no collar on. He is microchipped and has been seen running around by members of the public.

Please do not chase, as this may scare him further. If spotted, try to keep eyes on him and contact immediately.

🌟Stray handed in from Llanyre area. Has been around the area for at least the last 3 days. No microchip found, entire male, friendly and has a purple collar on.
