6 years ago today , my beautiful Mum lost her short battle against cancer!
57 years a nurse , over 20 of them a specialised as a palletive care nurse.
She was a nurse longer than my Mother .
She was amazing , challenging at times ( All mums are😂) but completely selfless working up to 1 year before her death, retiring only because she had cancer .
Mum & Dad never had the chance to fulfil their retirement Dreams , she never saw or held her first great grand daughter Alba & for me most importantly she isn’t here by my side ever minute of ever day !
I can’t even begin to quantify the void that I feel , but what I do want to ask is that you all hold , hug & value what you have , make everyday special , and above all tell your people how much you love them , it really isn’t hard xx

To all my lovely furkid friends !
Firstly I’d like to say how much I miss caring for your gorgeous kids , and I really hope you are all doing amazingly well 🥰🥰
I’d just like to make you all aware of a new strain of PARVO VIRIOUS which is now rampant in the Uk.
It doesnt matter if your kids are vaccinated against it they still can get it as I’ve recently experienced with D & G .
Both where fab , then within 3 hours , both pooping pure blood , absolutely on their knees !
You have 48 hrs to get treatment or this can be fatal especially for puppies or elderly dogs !
Thankfully I have an amazing vet , but it took antibiotics , pain relief & more
Love & miss you all
Both D & G have made full recovery xx

If any of my wonderful doggie friends are ever looking fora holiday let in or near Whitby , Katy & Stephen can offer you both !
They have a stunning 4 bed house ( sleeps 8 ) in Whitby , of course doggy friendly , 5 mins from the town centre & amazing beaches .
They now also offer an Air B& B from their own home ( sleeps 2 ) but more importantly are currently building a huge shepherds hut within their own gardens , alongside a self contained apartment with wood burner for those cosy nights in . Both doggie friendly & 🤞🏼 available to book this autumn . ( Laneside B & B ) Leaholm Glaisdale North York National park , can’t wait !
