Just nearly ran a dog over on one of those extendable leads.
Woman at the crossing let the dog run out.
It's not the first time it's happened with people using those types of leads.
I've actually cremated a dog that was killed on the road whilst the owner had it on an extendable lead and had no control.
They should only be used in the park, not near main roads.
Rant over.
