Rice Lane City Farm - Rawcliffe Road, L9 1AW Rice Lane City Farm sits on 24 acres of woodland, fields, gardens, and its historic cemetery, Walton Cemetery Park. Open every day from 10am to 3:30pm. x

Come along, support us, visit us and say hi to our animals! We aim to make a positive difference through providing practical education and training for young people and adults particularly the disadvantaged. We have delivered a variety of needed services for over 30 years, engaging in all walks of life in one way or another. There are a wide range of people who use the site and orgnaisation, we offer a welcome environment that people recognise and connect with.

Thanks again to those who came to a great EGM, our first general meeting for many years.
Over 120 we're present, and the atmosphere couldn't have been better! 🤗

Stay tuned as over the next few days as we share our story of how it got to this point, what has happened, and where the farm goes from here.

We feel blessed to have the support of such a strong and positive community!

Just to let you all know we will not be hosting a bonfire night event this year.

All at Rice Lane City Farm wish to send our thanks to Dawn and April from Pawsitively Does It for their organisation of the highly successful dog show today (13 Oct). More than 50 dogs were entered into the various classes and "there were so many great entrants we actually ran out of rosettes", said Dawn.
Plans are now in progress for a similar show around Xmas time - perhaps with mince pies and warm mulled drinks!

Overall, the event brought in donations of almost £170, a great result.😁
