‼️ All future bookings must include a trial night at a discounted rate. This ensures that the boarding environment is suitable for each dog, as not all dogs adapt well to boarding. While your dog may be toilet trained and accustomed to sleeping downstairs, this might change in a new environment, potentially leading to indoor accidents or nighttime anxiety.

If you have booked a one night stay then this is fine, you do not need a trial.
